Newcastle Homes was established by brothers Rim and Dar
Maurukas. Rim has a gift for creativity and a proven talent for
the use of space. He has been building and designing luxury
homes and condominiums since 1993. Dar earned a degree in
Mechanical Engineering in 1992, and worked as an engineer for
about 9 years. In 2001 Rim and Dar merged their talents to
form Newcastle Homes. Their combined experience and talents
result in distinctive, quality homes.
Our Home Building Process:
We first begin the process by meeting with our clients and discussing and developing a shared vision for your finished home.
We will work with you to form a vision of your home which will meet your needs for living space, desired lifestyle and budget requirements.
We will then design or modify home plans that match your specific needs and desires, while ensuring that the project will remain within budget. Next, the exterior and interior design elements are finalized and planned. Once all of the plans and specifications are complete, construction begins.
During construction we are on the job daily to ensure that the highest standards of quality are met.
Through all stages of design and construction we are happy to offer as much design and decorating assistance and support that you may need or want.
